Shipping Policy

All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control such as weather conditions, postal delays, customs, or public holidays.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and shipping method.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly announced on our website.


4. International Customs & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country.

  • Customers are fully responsible for these charges, as Done Shops has no control over their application or value.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing a tracking number.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your order directly through the carrier’s website.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the package.

  • If your order is lost during transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate.

  • In the case of confirmed loss, we will either resend the product or issue a refund, depending on your preference.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout.

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or repeated failed attempts:

    • The package will be returned to us.

    • Customers may request reshipment, but additional shipping fees may apply.
